Continuing Professional Development seminars are available for the Association of Mountaineering Instructors (AMI) this autumn.
Human Factors and Decision Making is a one day seminar which provides and introduction to Non-technical skills, decision making and use of the CASM Human Factors Tool.

- Understanding how we make decisions
- Use a common language and framework to help understand and explain to others

PM – Outdoor
Mountain journey in MCI/WMCI terrain e.g. a short scramble, opportunity to practise and feedback use of CASM v3.0. Review and future developments.
